Personal USB Backup Setup

- Setup and configure an USB Hard Drive (customer provided) to connect one computer (Windows or Mac) for data backup
- Technician will NOT wait onsite until the initial backup complete. Job completed once the backup job is initiated
- Basic operation training
Unmanaged Switch Setup

- Setup and install a network switch (up to 24-port, customer provided)
Alexa Smart Device Setup
- $150.00
- Setup and configure 1 smart device (customer provided) like Amazon Echo
- Each additional smart device will add $50.00 each
